GRE Test Date , Time & Scheduling Process
1. The Regional Registration Center (RRC) will try to schedule your first-choice test date, then your second-, third-, fourth-, or fifth-choice test date in chronological order at your first-choice test center.
2. If you select a second-choice test center and the RRC is unable to schedule you at your first-choice center, then the RRC will try to schedule your first-choice, then second-, third-, fourth-, or fifth-choice test date at your second-choice test center.
3. If none of the test dates requested is available, then RRC will try to schedule you for a test date close to one of your choices.
4. If you have a problem with the appointment scheduled for you, contact your RRC.
The Graduate Record Examination (GRE) test is taken by individuals applying to Graduate schools for technical degree programs such as engineering, technology, psychology, etc. The GRE General Test measures verbal (English), quantitative (math), and analytical reasoning skills that have been developed over a long period of time and not necessarily related to any particular field of study. The exam is out of a total point system of 1600 points, which includes verbal, quantitative and analytical sections. This is a computer-based examination and the examination software adapts to individual student performance on the test to give a mean score of the overall performance.
Learner Phase: Students are exposed to realistic test content and important strategies for GRE success. Foundation building.
Mastery Phase: Students practice what they've learned, and master advanced test taking skills with practices conducted on computers, micro tests and full-length practice tests.
Polish Phase : Students perfect their GRE skills in a real time testing environment.
